Support Our Youth

FullSizeRender 112Our youth leadership team is looking for volunteers to support our youth in a variety of ways!

Behind-the-Scenes Helpers: Available to perform necessary tasks, such as preparing food, shopping or set-up. Please provide best mode of contact to Pastor Kati or Youth Leader Nick Wiggins

Adult Participants: Actively participate in games and conversation, such as playing Basketball, Pingpong, silly trust building games, reading scripture or talking about life issues. Engage the youth in conversation about their interests and their perspectives on life. Discuss with youth leader about a time when you can give a 5-7 min devotion sharing about your life and faith. See sign-up link below.

Masters and Mentors (possible feature in April, but mostly to start in August): Special Event Presenters, available to share their craft, to be scheduled with youth leader. Monthly “Master Chef” event for mid-high small group. Monthly “Ask the Master” night at Cornerstone.

Support Beams: Greet the youth at worship and fellowship opportunities at our church. Pray for our youth and our youth leaders.

Interested Volunteers may find the weekly needs on our Volunteer Signup, using the tabs for Sunday and Wednesday night opportunities.

For current and future volunteers, we require the completion of Safe Gatherings Training.  Please begin this process by clicking on the link below.  After completing the registration(including a background check and list of recommendations), you will then take the course(including a test at the end). You can pause the process and return at any time. This training helps us protect our youth and our volunteers, so thank you for your cooperation!
