Do you have a healthy habit you’d like to start but are having trouble getting motivated? Or maybe you want to do a project but just can’t get yourself to start! Well this year to gear up for Christmas, we are doing the Twelve Days of Christmas Challenge! Here’s how it works:
- Come up with a goal you want to achieve. For example, maybe you want to start working out on a regular basis or you want to get that basement cleaned and organized for the new year.
- Send your goal, along with your name and why you want to achieve it to Taylor Roberts in the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The Challenge will begin on December 10. On each day of the Challenge, take a picture of
yourself working on your goal. For example, if you are trying to work out, take a picture of the workout equipment.
- Send your picture to Taylor by noon the following day to be included in a daily motivational
progress video! This video will appear on our social media platforms and website!
Suggestions: Work out more, cook at home, eat healthier meals, regular Bible study, finish an art project, finish cleaning a space, etc.
