Presby Place activities include:
Total Body Workout– Every Monday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 in Presby Place. Bring your weights and mat and be ready to work out with a certified instructor!
Yoga – Every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 AM in Fisher Hall
A 45 minute yoga class to help us keep a fitness routine!
Volleyball League – Presby Place
Each winter we form a volleyball league with teams from our church and community so we can keep active through the long winter months.
