Adopt A Family

Dear Adopt A Family supporter,

Thank you for your previous support and interest in the Adopt A Family program. Adopt A Family was created to aid families with infants and children up to 18 years of age in providing gifts during the holiday season. In order to qualify, families must reside in Manhattan or Ogden and provide proper documentation indicating financial need. Last year, 251 children received gifts through the Adopt A Family program. Without donors, many of these families have no means of providing any holiday gifts for themselves. We invite you to help us share the season by becoming an Adopt A Family donor.

To sign up please complete the donor information form online HERE ASAP. If you choose to become an Adopt A Family donor, you may expect to receive your family match package by November 25th. If you need to receive your match prior to this date, please indicate that when signing up.

The drop-off date and time for gifts will be Thursday, December 12th from 4 to 7pm at the Douglass Center Annex, located at 901 Yuma Street. You will also have the opportunity to deliver your gifts directly to your family match, if you wish to do so. More details about gift drop-off will be provided with your family match information package.

Your generosity and consideration in becoming an Adopt A Family donor, and providing gifts for those less fortunate, is greatly appreciated. Please note that every effort is made to match donors and families effectively and all information is kept strictly confidential. If you have any questions, please email Kristin O’Donnell at The women of the Junior League of the Flint Hills are honored to coordinate this program and thank you for helping us share the season.

Best wishes,
Junior League of the Flint Hills
